My child was shopping with her 16yr old cousin when they managed to get her into the kiosk with a sample try. They then told her if she were to buy one product the rest would be free. She tried to say no but they wouldn’t let her go and kept pressuring her. When she finally agreed to just one product to get out of there they put a pen in her hand and made her write the directions on the box so it also could not be returned. They even asked how old she was and she told them 13 and they still went ahead with the sale!! When they tried to sell to her 16yr old cousin and she said no the sales person started calling her names! I’m disgusted with the ethics or lack of with this company. Will be doing everything in my power to expose them

This company is fraudulently ripping people off. They said they are refunding my money, but it has been over a week and they still have not refunded anything. I am disputing the charges with my bank. Anyone who does business with this company is out of their mind.

Got a trial for $4.95. Then got a shipment the next month. Had the credit card cancel it. Took twice for them to quit sending the product. Packing slip says: THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER! In case you need to make a return your, please include non-tampered or obscured shipping label. On the phone they said I could not make a return.

One from Joli Skin and Pure Ravishing Skin. All that was required to be paid was the postage fee. I received an email confirming what the charges would be. I have not received the creams yet today this company had put through over $100, on my credit card.
i have stopped my card and I have lodged a complaint with the fraud department. PLEASE BEWARE!

their methods are aggressive and bullying. I’m sorry for people with lesser resources getting sucked in by their methods and threats! Besides that the product is scientifically garbage, the aggressive and dishonest costumer service policies are right out illegal.
Protect yourself, ask your bank not to allow any charges from this company and record all interactions. LifeCell employees are trained to deny, confuse and get you to pay for a product you don’t want!
